昨天经理给我这样的一个内容，让我翻译成英文的，当时我看了都快要懵了，哇，那么多的专业词语。我都不知道怎么办了。深圳凯福精密制造服务范围：

一、产品设计
1，产品抄数设计，由经验丰富的工程师用精密激光三维测数仪来高精度捕捉产品数据，完成产品的设计。又称逆向工程。
2，外观造型设计，通过市场调查与分析，跟客户不断的沟通、筛选、完善，直至构想被精确定位，适应市场，适应消费者。
3，产品结构设计，在充分了解其功能原理的基础上，遵徇外观造型，参照各原器件，确定产品各方面最合理的结构设计。
二、手板制作
经典的创意，合理的结构，最终必须透过实物来验证。凯福公司采用要求的材料，使用CNC数控加工、激光快速成型等工艺，通过打磨、抛光、喷油、丝印、移印、镭雕、喷砂、电镀、氧化、拉丝、过UV、浮雕等工序，完成仿真的外观、结构或功能手板模型实物来验证
1，按加工方式，我们可以加工制作以下手板模型：
CNC塑胶手板，材料有：ABS、亚克力、PP、PC、POM、尼龙、电木等；
CNC五金手板，材料有：铝、铝镁合金、铝锌合金、铜、钢、铁等；
激光快速成型，有SLA、SLS、FDM、3D打印等；
快速模具成型，有快速金属模具，硅胶模具，低压灌注模具；
手工雕刻制作，材料有油泥，泡沫、石膏等等。
2，按行业类别，我们可以加工制作以下手板模型：
汽车部件手板模型，汽车、摩托车部件，汽车仪表盘，灯罩等零部件；
医疗器械手板模型，X光机、血透仪、监护仪、足部保健盒等
工业设备手板模型
家用电器手板模型，如彩电、空调、电风扇、电磁炉、显示器、水煲、咖啡壶、电风扇、电饭煲、榨汁机、搅拌器等
数码通信手板模型，如手机、电话机、传真机、可视门铃、摄像机等
三、小批量加工
在工业生产中，涉及到工艺、成本、使用数量等问题，有很多零件是不能通过机器来进行大规模生产的，这样就需要通过某些特殊的工艺来进行小规模或小批量加工，中间还可能涉及到手工处理环节。我们主要用CNC来做小批量加工。
1，塑胶件的小批量加工，材料有：赛钢POM、ABS、透明亚克力Acrylic（俗称有机玻璃）、PC等；
2，五金件的小批量加工，材料有：铝、铝镁合金、铝锌合金、铜、钢、铁等；
