Force majeure:All occurrences and circumstances which happen after the contract has come into force due to the facts beyond reasonable will and control of the parties hereafter and which directly affect the execution of the whole or part of the obligations under the present contracts are to be considered cases of force majeure that shall include but not limited to the following events）

和同生效后，因不可控因素以及不合理的行为所导致的状况，从而影响履行合同部分或全部条款的实行，都将认为是不可抗因素，以下条款也将认同为不可抗拒因素...？

Once contract comes into effect,the factors uncontrolable and unreasonable influence conducting contract including terms will be sorted as force majeure.

合同生效后，所有超出各方的合理意愿和控制的，且直接影响到本合同下全部或部分条款的执行的事件和情况，都属于不可抗力。不可抗力包应括但不局限于以下事件。希望能够帮到你~
