我们是做农机的,一般68m^2高柜只能装3台,她只要一台还要我拆开了装,并且每一个部分都要CE{直接贴上CE证书就行了吗?我们有证书的不知道他说的海关用两个名字什么意思}她的意思是每部分分开付钱?搞死人了 ,没想到希腊式英语也难懂!
望有人指点!!

我觉得这是一份写给他们政府部门的信， 希望引起政府部门的重视：
尽管这件事情对您来说不是很好，但是必须告诉您。欧洲人不想从德国购买从中国进口的产品，因为在那里他们要以10倍的价格去买那些产品。希腊是欧洲最南的一个港口，因此关于出口的一些法律与欧洲不同。这些法律将会成为从中国进口的障碍。中国政府知道因此会失去出口给欧洲的机会，为此中国的贸易部长和商人经常提倡产品的自由流通。在即将到来的货币国际化时代，中国希望通过希腊可以付款给欧洲，但希腊拒绝了。欧洲人仍然购买昂贵的产品来偿还债务。我不是一名律师或是一位竭尽全力从中国进口第一台机器来提高农业生产的农民。我每天都在学习法律，但是有些问题是不可能克服的，从中国进口也是不可能的。

为什么这样说呢? 她以前确实没有和我们合作过,而且我们出口欧洲一般只要CE就可以了,但是她却一而再，再而三的要什么反污染技术,环境保护证书.我们有CE了,这应该就够 了 啊 ! 后来我和他沟通了他说问政府部门,回信说可以但是要把机器拆开了装箱并且每一个部件都要有CE证书(我们是做农业机械设备的,机器比较大).看同事做都没有那么多要求的,欧洲的单子我从未做过不知道到底是客户有问题还是我们这边有问题?请指教!!

知道他说的海关用两个名字什么意思
=》海关报关需要用两个名称 不用的包装的配件用不同的名称去 报关 这样海关就不会怀疑这些一起进口的配件其实就是同一台机器了

=>>现在客户需要知道单价，不是整个收割机的单价 ，而是每一个部件的价格。 FOB价格。
还有运费。
并且每一个部分都要CE{直接贴上CE证书就行了吗?我们...
=>>客户需要证书，每个配件都需要CE证书，是不是只是CE一个贴标还是真正的CE，这个你看客户是什么意思
如果CE是整个产品申请到的证书，那么每一个部件的CE应该是不存在的，除非你另外申请。 你也可以跟客户解释一下的。
客户说没有CE是入不去希腊，海关不通过。 但是你可以问整体产品的CE 是否OK？

如果每一个配件都需要CE证书的话 那么你们的成本也会很高很高的。
所以这很不划算的
现在由于希腊的欧债危机 所以跟希腊人做生意是比较难的
希腊现在很难从中国进口吧
