3.The company shall not, whether derectly or in directly or through its officer,employees or any third party, at any time in the future import,sell,market or otherwise deal with the blender or any design which is the same or confusingly similar to the design of and/or features of our client’s Vita-Mix TNC;4. The company shall within 3 months from the date hereof destroy and/or obliterate any signage,marketing materials, leaflets, packaging or any other materials which incorporate the blender or any other material which, without anthorisation,features any design which is a copy of, or otherwise infringes,the design of and/or features of our clients Vita-Mix TNC.

保密协议条款 （我大概的理解如下）
3，公司在将来的任何时候都不能以任何方式（直接的，间接的，或者通过第三方）进口，售卖，或任何与客人的Vita-Mix TNC搅拌器相关的或有相似设计的产品的市场行为。
4，公司必须在现在开始的3个月内，销毁该搅拌器的所有标记，材料，包装以及所有相关资料。在没有授权许可的情况下，任何对Vita-Mix TNC搅拌器的设计的模仿都将构成违约。
