We wonder if your company and the medical products have been registered in our Health Authorities.
When suppying your disposables to our medical institutes,the registration has been required under our pharmaceytical laws.
In Food institute and others except medical institutes such a registration is not necessary.
We are looking forward to having youir confirmation soon.

他是说他们了解到你们的产品在日本有代理。想了解你们的代理商是哪个行业的，如果是医疗行业的，按照日本药事法规，你们的产品应该已经在卫生部门官方注册过。如果是食品和其他非医疗行业，这种注册不是必须的。那就根据实际情况回答咯。
