转港是什么概念呀，是不是转运transshipment?

转港：turn-round， to route through one port to another
转港费用 ： Removal Expenses ，COD（ Charge of Diversion ）
中途转船：Transhipment
转船港：Port of transhipment
在××(转船港)转船：with transhipment at ××
