埃及客人的反馈邮件，请高手帮忙翻译一下 谢谢 :(Dear T ,
regarding the 16 dripper mold now plz u will translate this e-mail by word to mr li he must understand every thing in the problems of these mold :
1- the 3 heaters u sent to me were burned because of the material flow into the gab of the hot runners as same as the pictures i sent to u before and u see them.
2- as for the 16 pens forming the dripper we have 6 pens were cracked this is because of the pens steel is not good and nitrated enough and because the water canal in the pen is bigger which made the wall thickness of the mold very weak .
3- the front prominent part in the pens ( center of the pen ) were eroded ( grade b ) because some pens were Deviated not in the center when closing with the stable part .
4- the formation and canals on the two sides of the dripper ( which water flow on the dripper and give the 4L / H ) one side canal depth is 1.42 mm and the other side depth is 1.3mm which make the water flow is 3 L/H .
* the client told me he do not want the mold and he asked me to send it back to you now we two solutions :
A : u can make a full set of the pens of BOHLER K110 stell or equivelant .and send u the cavities to make the depth of the canals similar 1.42 mm from the side which depth is little and u can check that by samples at u .
B : we will make the full set of pens of the BOHLER k110 steel
and u send us the copper parts which u make the formation with on the EDM machine 2 electrodes for each part the forming electrodes and the finishing and polishing electrodes .
and send us full set of heaters and tell us how to solve the problem of material flow into the heaters .

对于构成这个 dripper 的16个pens 6个pens破裂了 因为这些pens的材料不好 没有进行足够的硝化处理 由于pens通过的液体流更大了 所以照成了模子的壁很脆弱。。

关于16 滴槽的模具，现在请你逐字地翻译这个邮件给李先生，他会明白这些模具出问题的所在：
1-你发给我们的3个加热器都烧坏了，因为材料流进热流道的凹槽里面，就像我上次发给你照片所示
2-至于构成这个滴槽的16根笔中，我们有 6根笔已经破裂了，因为这些笔的钢材并不好，没有进行足够的硝化处理，由于笔中的水道比较大，所以造成了模子的壁厚很脆弱。
3 - 在笔前面突出的部分（笔的中心）被侵蚀（B级），因为有些笔偏开了，在关闭稳定部分的时候其不在中心位置上。
4 - 滴槽（水流到滴槽上，流量4升/小时）两边的形状和水道，一侧的水道深度为1.42毫米，另一侧的深度是1.3毫米，这样使流量变为3升/小时。
*客户告诉我，他不想要模具，他让我把模具还给你，现在我们有两个解决方案：
A：你们来制作全套的BÖHLER K110 钢或相当的笔，送给你的腔来制作水管深度类似于1.42毫米的，其深度比较小，你可以在你那边检查样本。
B：我们来制作全套的BÖHLER K110钢的笔，你把铜件给我们，你在电火花加工机床上成形，每个部件2个极，包括成形和整饰、抛光。
你发送给我们的铜件，其中U2电极的电火花加工机床，形成每个部分形成电极，电极精加工和抛光。
你把全套的加热器发给我们，并告诉我们如何解决材料通过加热器的问题。
