Buyer may not cancel for convenience after shipment of the equipment form the seller's manufacturing site这人好像特别喜欢用这个结构的句子，但是我看着特别别扭。麻烦大家给我扫下盲，这条说的是什么，BY一多了我就分不清逻辑关系了。。。

在作废日期之前，上文所述费用将被从由买方支付的机器的总费用中扣除 当货物由生产商地址起运后，买方不能取消（订单？）
是不是关于订单取消的费用问题？

括号里的都是修饰前面的 定语从句。。。

前一句 “在合同有效期之内，上述费用应减去买方的工程进度款”
后一句 “方便起见，在设备从工厂运出、装船之后；买方可能不会取消……（没上下文这里不知道是取消什么，是退运还是撤销什么）”
把句子断开 the charges set forth above shall be reduced by the amount of all progress payments （which have made by the buyer for the equipment 插入语） prior to the date of cancellation.
Buyer may not cancel （for convenience 插入语）after shipment of the equipment form the seller's manufacturing site。
联系上下文 看看cancellation 和 cancel 究竟 指的是取消什么；我是猜的，呵呵。
