A missed late gate fee of $50 per container will be billed to the client prepaid all the time the client require Mediterranean Shipping Company to place the container on a late gate after the ship cut off and the client does not deliver the container as requested and in the due deadlines therefore missing the planned ship. This fee does not limit and waive any other applicable fee as per governing tariff.

对晚集港的箱子，一直以来都是从客户的预付款汇中扣除，每个货柜50美金。通常在过了结关点后，客户向MSC申请晚集港，但客户在预定的最后期限仍未将货柜交付（码头），因而错过装货船。该费用不会对关税中的其他申请费有任何的限制和免除影响。”
