我们的货是10.9号的船期，但是因为十一放假，十一期间，货代没人上班，希望你们沟通一下，30号之前给我们入货通知，我们好安排5号验货以后送货等事宜。用英语怎么说啊，求帮忙。多谢

Our freight date is 9th Oct,but since we and shipping agent will have the National Day holiday from 1st Oct to 7th,could you pls send us the delivery note to us on 30th Sep.?then we can arrange quality-check on 5th and the rest things.

The delivery time of our products is Oct 9th.However,with the chinese national day is coming,the forwarder agent will be off wrok from Oct 1st to Oct 7th.So we hope that you could release the goods written notice beofre Sep 30th.for that,we could arrange the cargo inspection and other things on Oct 5th.

considering that the shipping agency won't be available during the National Day ,while the shipping time is supposed to be Oct 9,we indeed got stuck in it ,would you please do us a favor to show S/O before Sep30 so that we are able to arrange goods examine on Oct5

the ships delieverying our goods are arranged to leave on nineth in october,however 1th in october is our national day,and we will have holiday about seven days,so i am afraid nobody is working during the period .could you mind giving us s/0before 30th,if so, it is convenience for us to arrange the stuffs such as delievying the goods or other things
