SOME PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HMC:
-- Our company will arrange 2% bid money with the offers.
-- 5% Performance Bonds: If your offers qualify for ordering on the basis first lowest among chinese bidders in the tenders, we will also arrange 5% Performance bonds on your behalf.
-- Sales Commission: You will add 3% commission for our company in FOB prices.
-- Payment through Irrevocable Sight L/C.
Tender no. FPC.11-018 - due on 5-10-2011
21 Tons Ferro Silicon (Lumps).
Si 75 – 80 % min.
C 0.20 % max.
S 0.02 % max.
P 0.05 % max.
Al 1.0 % max.
