印度客户发给我的保密协议条款中的，研读了几遍还是不甚明白啊，求高手指点：4. This is, however, not the case as regards know-how or information of which the Recipient can document;
a) that the Recipient was knowledgeable at the information time,
b) that it was public domain at the information time,
c) that it became public domain after the information time without this being due to the Recipient's negligence, or
d) that it was transferred to the Recipient by a third party who had the right to transfer such information to the Recipient.
