When I was hired into my office,my manager was outside on her business.So she just thought I'm a little girl,I was just a graduated student....so I was a little assistant .As time goes by,I found their English(except my manater) is not so good,maybe good in writen,but their Spoken English is very poor,at least I don't think their pronounce is good.However,they have so many years' experiences which I admire so much.....
Last week,manager is outside for business again,one customer from canada is coming for audit,she wanted to pre-audit first,so I went with her.At first,I was so nervous,it's lucky that everything went smoothly.
in the car,she praised my english,"XXX,do you know,your English is very very excellent,many people in china only can speak English about their work,their products.and they always fail to chat with me about other things,they can't speak so fluent like you"...I was so encouraged...
However,my manager will never know it......so she don't give me any chance to follow a customer...
I believe myself.I will work for this company till the end of 2011,if situation is still the same,I will quit..

got some experience ,and then u can choose another job ,like tader. the most important thing is to find the best way to search the customer with the google engine。

An American said'I think you learn good English",I was very happy then.But i havn't speak english for a long time,I'm rusty in English now.

， yeah , so do i, the most important thing is that the company can offer you a good platfrom ,so that u can search the resource from it.

To be direct, I think it is reasonable for your manager to put you as an assistant for some time first. You have to understand the products, the running of the factory and so on.
Good English does not guarantee you can be a good salesman. Again, your written English seems just ok, but not that excellent.
Do not value yourself too much before you experience enough. Be patient!

that's right ,maybe many guys re good at writing,but they can not speak good english.by the way,how long have u work in this company ? if u re new ,pls consider clearly n carefully,what you want to get from this company? u know ,english is important,but the experience is important,too. good luck.
