各位福友帮忙理解一下这两段话，对于第一段我的理解是要求对进料口及外观问题进行处理，客人接受不了没有进行处理及不良的产品，并要求提供相关的制程照片。
第二段是要求注塑使用TPE料，并且提供相关制程照片。我就想是不是把我们在生产过程中把使用的TPE胶料拍照发送给客人呢？
