I along with Mr. Ved will be coming to Shanghai and can meet you on 8th April 2011. Show the machine and have meetings.
You can pick us from the domestic airport our flight reaches at 10.35 am and same day we have to reach Pudong airport at around 5-6 O'clock in the evening to catch flight to Delhi
Please give your confirmation so that we can plan accordingly.
We will be also needing to stay in 6th night at Shanghai and we will be needing two rooms near the airport so that we can take early morning flight from the airport.
Please give your suggestions for the airport hotels and book the 2 rooms for 6th checking out 7th morning..

肯定不是4月6号的意思 啦 ，是的话整个文章就翻译布 通了。8号来上海，怎么6号又在上海了啊，还要定2个房间的 。这句话中同样出现了 we suggest that you may reach Shanghai on 7 th eveing and we will go to the factory to see the 请 帮忙仔细看看。 谢谢

这两人应该是6号或者6号之前就过来了，请你司为他们在机场附近找个酒店，6号晚check-in,7号早check-out，然后7号国内航班去看其他的工厂，8号早上国内航班回上海，同时和你们见面，然后晚上从浦东机场去德里。

Thanks for your email and suggestions.
I am of the opinion you should show us the machine which does not involve so much travelling. If you have some machine which is near vicinity.
Secondly coming back to Shanghai on 7th evening will not be possible because we already have couple of meetings due to which we will not be able to finish and take previous evening flight as it takes 3 hours to reach airport from where we are.
I hope you understand the position so make your plan accordingly to meet us on 8th as per original schedule.
As we are arriving in China on 2nd April we will stay in touch on phone in case we are able to do this in between I will advice you.
