第一次接触在建工程支付，比较复杂，不大懂。自己翻译出来感觉太别扭，没有专业术语不靠谱，望相关达人指正。3.1 PRICES
The Contract Price under this agreement includes all costs on site delivery basis for equipment covering Ex-works price, packing, design & engineering, storage, handling, inland transportation, insurance, clearing agent charges, etc. up to the delivery at site. Separate prices shall be indicated for Mechanical equipments, Electrical equipment and Instrumentation items, which shall also include the design and engineering charges for all drawings and documentation.
3.3 TERMS OF PAYMENT
The advance payment of 10% of contract price shall be made within 30 days after signing of this contract, against submission of a Bank Guarantee of equivalent amount by the Supplier.
10% of the contract value shall be paid on prorate basis on submission of the engineering drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, as per progress milestones to be mutually discussed and agreed.
70% of the contract value to be paid progressively against submission of documents towards dispatch of equipment. The payment for all part shipments shall be made through irrecoverable, divisible letter of credit without subject to recourse, confirmed from a first class chartered bank.
Balance 10% of the contract value shall be paid progressively after erection and commissioning as per the following payment milestones:
• • 5% after successful commissioning of the project and start of commercial production.
• • 5% after demonstration of performance guarantee tests.
• • Performance Bank Guarantee.
The Supplier shall provide a Performance Bank Guarantee (format at Annexure – 3.A) equivalent to 10% of the total contract value against the above performance and the warranty. This warranty shall remain valid during the entire defects liability period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date of commissioning of the plant.
3.1 价格
根据这项协议，合同价格包括从出厂价格、包装、设计研发、储存、装卸、内陆运输、保险、代理结算等到设备现场交货在内的所有花费。机械设备、机电设备和仪器仪表应注明分开标价，并且标价应包括所有图纸和文件的设计与工程费用。
3.3 付款条件
总额为合同价款10%的预付款应依照供应商提交的等额银行保函在本合同签订后30日内交付.
合同价值的10%须经双方讨论商定后根据机械、电气、仪表的工程技术图纸交付进度按比例支付。
合同价值的70%应随着设备发货的文件提交，逐步支付。所有部件装船的付款须通过头等特许银行确认的不可追索的可分割不可撤销的信用证支付。
合同价值的10%余额须在安装调试后按以下步骤逐步支付：
•• 5%在工程成功试运行并开始商业性生产后支付。
•• 5%在性能保障测试演示后支付。
•• 履约银行保函
供应商须就性能和维修提供一份相当于总合同10%的履约银行保函（格式见附件-3.A）。此保修自工厂调试日以后12个月的全部缺陷保证期内持续有效。

单独定价应注明机械设备、机电设备和仪器仪表的费用，同时也应包含所有图纸文件的设计和技术费用。-------------

milestones 在工程项目中可解释为里程碑、commissioning调试.......

milestone作为里程碑的意思我也很想翻译出来，但是加上里程碑感觉句子更拗口，不知道如何表达。
