Pursuant to Article 5.2 (a) (Advance Payment), A shall furnish to TU, Payment but not later than one (1) month after the Effective Date an Advance Payment Bond with the validity for the period until one (1) month after LMS according to Article 6.2 is not met. Such bond shall be issued by the first-class bank in China accepted by TU and with a correspondent bank in USA, for a sum equal to the amount of the advance payment which shall equals to twenty five percent (25%) of the Contract Price.评论
