我觉得意思大概是说卡通箱的箱唛，如果供货的公司还没有确认的话，从今天开始就按他们公司给的那个附件要求做箱唛，不知道对不对？？？

意思是他们提供给所有供应商的外箱规格（内容）的要求都是一样的，如果你现在生产的东东跟她发的东东无关，那就先留着以备将来有机会再用。
今天他们会签发给你的是附件里的东东：
这些文件只是由她代她的部门来签发。她个人不会对文件所有内容负责。如果对内容有疑问的话，就请咨询相关部门，如生产部或工程部。感谢你对这件事的关注。
