This contract,with the signature from both parties engaged and the notarization from the Notary Public office,shall come into effect thereafter, and hold binding forces to both parties, and therefore should be performed and followed strictly. Any violation,from either party,shall be deemed that the party is willing to undertake the responsibility caused by this action and thereof,and shall pay the cost caused by this breach,which is equal to the purchasing price.
