关于，你们的新定单的货期，我们需要跟工厂商量。
(2)you cancel the L/C and pay all amount to us by T/T.Once we get your bank swift,we will send original documents and goods of CF WEST to you soon.
For the delivery date for your new order,we should contact with the factory againa and will tell you the news at next monday

我现在要表达的意思是：因为现在客人新开了份信用证给我们，包含的金额（前两票单据余额及将要走的货物的货款）。我们经理的想法是：（1）前面两票单证直接寄给客人，余款加在后面要出的货里面，信用证项下交单。
（2）信用证取消，客人付清前面两票的余额及将要出运的货物的货款，我们收到银行水单后，寄前面两票单证给客人及出远将要走的货物
