Thanks for your offer, I had a previous supplier and he had the samples for this particular shipment, the issue is the shipping process to ship to Beirut there is some requirement and certification to be provided
美国客人需要这批货运到黎巴嫩贝鲁特港口. 之前有个供应商跟他谈, 到最后货运方面出问题.
And I didn’t hear back from my shipping company if they can provide the following:

Date of expiry December 15 2010
Place of expiry is our counters
Partial shipments are not accepted
Transshipments are not permitted
Port of loading any Chinese port
Covering the goods for the amount of
CIF Beirut Port, Lebanon (As per incoterms 2000)
以上除了时间赶不赶得上,其他都应该没问题. 按正常程序,时间应该也来得及
Documents required:
A commercial invoice in 1 original and 5 copies duly issued, signed and stamps by beneficiaries and bearing the following clause:
We certify that this invoice is authentic that is the only one issued by us for the goods described herein that is shows their exact value without deduction of any discount and the goods are of Chinese origin.

+ original must be certified by the chamber of commerce.

B Full set of clean on board ocean/ marine B/L issued to the order of Byblos Bank SAL Beirut- Lebanon, showing freight prepaid and marked notify: RU lofts SAL, Beirut- Lebanon.

C Certificate of origin issued by the China council for the promotion of international in 1 original and 1 copy.
产地证,斜线指?
D packing list duly signed and stamped by beneficiaries in 1 original and 1 copy.

E insurance policy/ certificate in duplicate issued to the order of beneficiaries and blank endorsed covering the goods for the invoice value +10% against:
Institute strikes clauses (cargo) dated 1.1.82
Institute war clauses (cargo) dated1.1.82
Institute cargo clauses (A) dated 1.1.82
Including the risks of transshipment
Claims if any payable in Lebanon + the insurance policy must mention:” without any franchise” 要这么细的条款吗?

F Certificate from the shipping co attesting that:
Vessel is self-propelled of steel construction classed with A classification society which is a member or association member of the international association of classification society ( IACS) mentioned in IACS website www.iacs.org.ukand warranted the carrying vessel is ISM code

G Certificate issued by carrier/ master attesting that the vessel is eligible to enter into any Arabian port.
Tolerance plus minus 10% in amount and quantity is acceptable
以上 F 和 G 条款具体指什么, 是船公司那边办理还是怎么样?
A flat fee of USD 50 , or its equivalent will be deducted from documents value for each set of discrepant documents presented to US or sent on approval basis.

This credit is subject to uniform customs and practice for the documentary credits 2007 revision I.C.C. publication N0 600
Third party shipper /consignor on documents are acceptable
All documents must indicate our present L/C reference number.
以上OK吗?
In case presentation of documents occurs after expiry date defined in present LC, in this case documents will be refused and be treaded in accordance to uniform rules for collection ICC publication N0 522
In the event of discrepant documents being presented to us we shall advise the nominated bank.
软条款吗? 需要咔嚓, 修改还是接受?
Would you please look at it and let me know if you can provide the above documents. And also if you agree to be Assignee of Proceeds under a letter of credit,

I have the L/C from Beirut being issue, and I have to sign the assignee of proceeds to someone who can provide the above documents and Goods on time and as Describe.
I being negotiating with my supplier for a long time we almost at the final steps but doesn’t look like he can provide all the document.
So let me know, and the delivery to be no later than November 15
这是指发货日期还是到货日期? 跟上面开始的 December 15 2010 分别指?

A---斜线处没关系/商会？好像一般都是要求贸促会认证
B---收货人显示：to the order of Byblos Bank SAL Beirut- Lebanon / 通知方显示：RU lofts SAL, Beirut- Lebanon.通常LC下提单收货人都是“凭指示”或者“凭开证行指示"
C---贸促会
E---110%险。联系保险公司看能不能投保这些险种
F---问船公司是否可以出具
G---问船公司是否可以出具/10%溢断装可接受/固定费用？没见过/这些条款都没见过,其他没问题/款项让渡人，可以搜索assignment of proceeds看解读/最迟装船日期，因为前面已经提到LC失效日期，你只有30天时间安排生产+船运+交单
个人意见仅供参考，中东的LC真麻烦......

F: 跟货代沟通，我同事做过 应该可以 中东据说都这样可在提单里显示
50USD 不符点扣费 下面的OK

这个值得研究，但信用证最基本的就是按时交单。 本人觉得问题不大
DELIVERY NO LATER THAN 是 装船日期提单提现，最晚那个就是交单日了。
