由于大陆海關报关程序和进口关税已重新进行了大幅度的更改和调整,使得进口件的清关时效变慢,同时也致使所有快递同行业都将面临进口关税成本剧增的困境.自07月01日-25日期间,我司都是以负盈利的状况一直在为贵司的所有进口货物精心的服务着!
我司于07月09日已与贵司相关负责人面谈了关于关税调整等问题,已附上了最新的关税调整优惠报价,并已得到了贵司领导的认同,于2010年07月26日执行调整后的收费标准.在此表示感谢!
自中国海关总署[2010年第33号令]颁布执行一个月以来,大陆各海关的工作调整程式现已基本进入到了正常,规范,严谨的状态中.
针对快件报关进口而言, 深圳海关快件监督中心已于2010年07月26日下达了最新快件进口紧急通告.
通告要求:
1).每一进口快件车辆载重不得超过2.5吨;
2).每一车次进口快件申报平均单价不低于人民币:20.00元/公斤;
3).每一车次进口快件申报价格低于人民币:400.00元的票数比例,不能高于30%;
4).每一进口快件车辆内同一货物不能超过50件或300KG;
5).必须严格按照海关规定的商品编码正确归类申报;
6).申报货物必须严格要求将品名型号,牌子,数量正确申报,如有模糊申报,海关将全车退单重报;

We had a personal interview with your director on 9, July to talk about problems of tariff adjustments and provided the latest preferential tariff quota which was approved by your leadership.
Moreover, we highly appreciate that your leadership agreed to implement the adjusted tariff charge standards from July 26, 2010 on.
Since the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China No. 33, 2010 was implemented for a month, the work system of mainland customs has basically been in a state of normality, standardization and rigorousness.
In terms of making customs declaration for inward express consignment, Shenzhen customs surveillance center issued the latest emergency notification.
Notice requirements:
1)The load of each inward express consignment vehicle shall be less than 2.5 tons.
2)The average declaration price of each trip shall not be less than RMB 20.00yuan/kg;
3)The declared value of each inward express consignment vehicle shall be less than the proportion of RMB 400.00yuan, not more than 30%,
4)The amount of the same goods within each inward express consignment vehicle shall not exceed 50 or 300KG,
5)Customs declaration must be in strict accordance with the HS Code.
6)The declared goods wasIt is strictly requested that the inward express consignments should be provided with exact information such as the name, type, brand and quantity, any inaccurate declaration will be refunded by the customs.
