Today I tested the batteries again after recharging overnight. Yesterday they were 1.27 V and today they are 1.38V. So, obviously the recharging circuit is not properly recharging the batteries as they slowly lose charge over time while in the charging docks. This is bad design. The charger needs to recharge as the battery voltage drops (not just when the power is turned on or the mics are inserted into the charging docks). 针对电池，客人又做了测试（电池充电一夜），充电之前是1.27V，充了一夜之后是1.38V，很显然，这个充电电路没有适当的对电池进行充电....(后面那句不知道怎么翻)， 这种设计太差了，这个充电器需要对电池进行充电 一旦当 电池电压减小的时候（并不是一定要打开电源或者麦克风要放到充电槽里面才能充电），请解释如何改善这个电路

大意是说电池的保护电路设计有缺陷

由于电路问题在充电坞中电池过充后，会缓慢自放电，所以电池电压下降
The charger needs to recharge as the battery voltage drops
当电压降低时，充电器要工作，维持电压恒定
