The finished part from the 2nd cavity would ideally be removed at the same time as the 1st is transferred and placed on a conveyor to the side on mould close. This will need to be 'picked' from the tool on the removal of the completed part. For accuracy of placement grippers to the side may be best for transfer from the 1st cavity to the 2nd. Any witness will be over-moulded. Removal of the completed part may be better suited to vacuum cups due to the softness of the co-polymer and susceptibility to marking.Expected cycle time is circa. 75 seconds due to wall section thickness on the part. Dwell time between mould open and close can be made to suit transfer operation.
