收货人同意发货人倒签提单到5月22号，由此产生的责任和风险由收货人承担这句话怎么翻译比较好？

the consignee accepted the back dated bill of loading which supplied by consignor to may, 22nd , and will cover the obligation and the hazard caused by this .

consignee allows shipper to anti-date B/L to 22th, May and should bear resulting risks and obligations .
