不好意思,又麻烦大家了.还有这一句话:The failure of the Seller to maintain the insurance coverage and limits required by the Bourns during the term of this Agreement shall be considered a material breach hereof. Any failure of Bourns to declare Seller to be in material breach hereof shall not be deemed a waiver by Bourns of the right to claim material breach for subsequent failure to maintain the required coverage.
前面一句我理解成:如果卖方没有做到本协议所要求的保险责任范围和限额将被考虑为实质性违反。
后面一句我就不太明白了,请大家帮忙看一下,谢了!

如果卖方没有做到本协议中所规定的保险责任范围，将被认为是重大违约。
Any failure of Bourns
to declare Seller to be in material breach hereof
shall not be deemed a waiver by Bourns of the right to claim material breach for subsequent failure to maintain the required coverage.
如果卖方（因没有做到本协议中所规定的保险责任范围而）形成重大违约，而Bourns没有知会卖方，则不得认为Bourns已经放弃追诉权
