加拿大外贸
本公司主要出口货架以及仓储笼， 目前也有阿里巴巴和MIC两个平台，但是询盘数量少的可怜，不能坐以待毙啊。所以一直在找国外的公司邮箱，开发新客户，但是现在发现一个问题，那就是我找的好多公司都是自己的同行，所以开发信的回复率一直很低。
现在希望大神前辈们帮忙分析一下，我因该如何分析客户，找到真正有潜力的客户群体呀？

没有什么特别的技巧，多关注和对比同行的产品关键词 产品图片 描述等设置内容，是不是还有欠缺或者可以优化的地方，也经常去其他平台如 tradekey 环球看看这个行业的情况。开发信回复率低也不要害怕，继续保持跟进。能到外贸平台上的客户都是有潜力的，有些对你来说可能不是潜在客户，可能换一个人或者换一种方式就能成的，尝试多方法和客户沟通。

楼主您可以看看你们公司成交的客户，他们一般都是从事什么行业的企业。根据他们的共同特点来分析你的目标客户群。
个人觉得楼主产品的客户群应该是国外货架的分销商代理商，超市，仓储物流公司，仓库等等。

方向错了。要分析一下目标市场的渠道，而非选择本土知名的渠道。
阿里巴巴、MIC国内很知名，但是不一定适用于你目标市场的客户。
其次，要找到你公司的独特优势去包装，然后呈现给你的潜在买家看到。
