• Based in Russia, Representative Office in Junhua, Zhejiang
• Area – equipment for heating, water supply and water purification equipment
• The company typically places in China 15 new orders per month.
• Most suppliers are located in Zhejiang Province.
Job Description:
• Track company’s orders – make sure the orders are prepared in stated time frame, in required quantity and quality.
• Work very closely with company’s manufacturing suppliers to ensure that the deadline for each order is met (production completion, shipment schedule)
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods with the supplier, communicate the concerns of the head office about the quality or cooperation terms.
• Ensure the suppliers\ compliance with all requirements of the Head Office.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and assist in building effective partnerships.
• Inspect the orders before shipment to ensure that the products are produced in accordance with all the requirements of the Head Office
• Schedule and organize own trips to manufacturers’ factories to conduct expenses
• Send inspection reports to the Head Office and communicating the comments back the suppliers.
• Look for new suppliers based on the equipment information provided by the Head Office and following specific instructions on selection and inspection criteria
Candidate’s requirements:
• Age: up to 35
• Education: bachelor (candidates with technical background will be preferred)
• Work experience: min 3 years at a trading company (international trade) or manufacturing factory (preferred)
• Computer Knowledge: basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• English knowledge:
• Speaking – good
• Writing – fluent
• Reading – fluent
• Personal traits:
• Willing to travel
• Organized
• Attentive to small details
• Self-motivating
• Traveling requirements: regular trips in Zhejiang province, frequent trips to Jiangsu and Shanghai (all travelling expenses will be covered)
