The stated section (profile) is a one part (single-part) section and it is produced from a spool wound with a steel galvanized strip (250 g Zn /m2) of 36 mm width and 0,5 mm thickness. The strip is cut-out on the line and in a system of pulling-rollers elongated-stretched into a net on both sides and moulded into a shape as illustrated on the enclosed photograph. The obtained section (profile) is cut on the receiving table into the set length – 3 m or 2 m (the cutting length can be adjusted).
The cutting-out, elongating-stretching, moulding of the galvanized strip is performed continuously until the set section (profile) length is received where the line automatically comes to a stop (micro-switch) and the obtained section (profile) is cut. After cutting of the sections (profiles) the manufacturing process is continued in the stated cycle.
