请问客户大侠， 被骗子引诱，导致paypal冻结，骗子通过美国律师事务所发了诉状要求我们去美国应诉。但我paypal金额只有170美金， 去应诉损失更大，是否可以不理会，直接让paypal清零，以后不再用paypal就行了？ 如果不应诉的话，美国判决书下来要求我们赔偿，是不是会牵连我的香港离岸账户？？？ 希望有经验的大侠出手相救。。。评论
如果涉及金额不大，直接放弃paypal好了，以后不去美国就是。金额大了估计你要从此不出国

以后是不会出国了，主要是怕他追查资产， 怕我香港离岸账户有危险。

在询盘里聊了这么多，也没上当，要求我给ALIPAY 当时就纳闷为什么要alipay，就没给。。（主要是我也没有alipy 账号）。后来在阿里旺旺上找我要样板，要我paypal账号， 我给了paypal账号，就这样收到了paypal电话说被告投诉侵权。现在我才知道这款snackeez是有被注册商标的。paypal资金被冻结。发来律师函要我们应诉， 超过21天不应诉自动默认缺席审理。 赔偿15万美金（听律师说至少要赔偿这么多）

你的paypal账号是绑定香港公司的？如果是的话就危险了，对方可以通过公司名搜到公司账号。保险起见重新注册一个公司开户吧。

或者你直接告诉他要起诉来中国，不然你的paypal账户只有170，不够任何一方的律师费。

Alipay 是国际支付宝，跟我们用的国内支付宝不同， 阿里上的速卖通就是用Alipay.我同行的Alipay 一样被冻结了。
