做外贸两年来,做信用证不多,一般都挺简单的,这次信用证是印度开过来的,实在是搞不懂了.大家一起看看感谢大家的意见,现在感觉一点点的清楚起来了．我现在把各位的解释加上去．希望大家一起改一下，也希望对大家从中能学到知识．.
46A.documents required.
1. signed commercial invoice in quadruplicate for the value not exceeding the draft amount in the name of applicant certifying merchandise to be of china origin and certify that the goods are as per proforma invoice no.mars/prof/005, dt. 20 oct 2008 issued by the beneficiary .(这句没有看懂,难道让开证人出CI 吗?)
2. draft value 100 PCT of invoice value.
3. full set of signed ,clean,shipped on board ocean bill of lading drawn or endorsed to the order of the shamrao vithal co-op,bank ltd,maker towers,first floor,e wing cuffe parade,Mumbai-400005,India showing freight prepaid marked notity the applicant evidencing the current shipment of merchandise stated above.(不太懂这句话)
Short form/blank back bill of lading is not acceptable.(简式和空白的提单不接受)
4. packing list in duplicate stating net and gross weight.(装箱单)
5. marine insurance policy or certificate dated not later than bill of lading made unto order and blank endorsed for 10 percent over the invoice value covering institute cargo clauses(a),institute war clauses(cargo) and institute strikes clauses(cargo),warehouse to warehouse clauses with claims payable in India irrespective of percentage. Transshipment risk must be covered.(在投保单上显示这段话,一字不差的)6. certificate of china origin issued and signed by the chamber of commerce or any independent authority(出CO)
7. the certificate from shipping company or its agent stating that the carrying vessel is classified with an approved classifications society as per the institute classifications clauses and class maintained equivalent to Lloyds 100 a1 and it is sea worthy and not more than 15 years old(这个应该是开船证明．对的)
47a additional conditions.
1. bill of exchange must be negotiated within 21 days after the date of shipment/dispatch,in any case not later than the date of expiry of letter of credit .

computerized system are acceptable if signed manually

5. lash transport documents are not acceptable(驳船不接受)
6. all documents should be in English and should bear the LC number and should not be prior to LC opening date.(所有的单子上要是英语,显示LC号码,不能早于LC的开证日期)7. usd 75.00 will be deducted on each discrepant documents for each drawing.(这个要求有点狠了)
8. invoice must quote that the goods are freely importable under foreign trade policy of India 2004-2009 and not under the negative list of the said policy.(在发票上显示这段话就ＯＫ了)
9. the transport documents bearing preference by stamp or otherwise to costs additional to the freight charges are not acceptable.(运费我们付，提单上不能在显示其它费用．
10. transport document bearing a date of issuance prior to that of the credit is not acceptable(提单的日期不能早于保险单的日期)
11. one full set of non-negotiable documents to be dispatched to the applicant immediately after the date of shipment and beneficiarys certificate to this effet to from part of documents for negotiation.(我要在船开后发一套文件给客户,是吧，而且还要出一份证明已经把资料给客户了)

这个是叫你保单跟证明的时间不能晚与提单的时间,保单要背书,还有保单金额什么的应该你知道的为,我觉得最后是叫你买的险别,除了ICC(A),还要买战争险啊.罢工险啊,warehouse to warehouse clauses (这个险我也不知道怎么翻译了),转运险啊,赔偿地要在印度

这句的意思是说：一式四份要签署的商业发票的金额不能超过信用证的金额，以开证申请人的名义。（断开）另外要证明商品是中国制造的，并且按照形式发票。
以开证申请人的名义意思是说做成客户抬头的模式。

好的.这样看来,整个LC上没有软条款,就是有很多证明要出.

LASH 是lighter aboard ship的简写，意思是“子母船”。客户的意思是不接受‘字母船’的运输单据。
但是根据UCP500的规定“对注明将发生转运者，只要提单证实有关货物已由集装箱船，拖车或子母船运输，且同一提单包括海运全程运输，即使信用证禁止转运，银行也将接受转运已经发生的单据”

理解已接近正确，我下总结。有不同看法可向银行国际部门的老师澄清（呵呵，半年前我也是！,要找从业时间超过3年的，不然肯定不如我）
