出口泰国的L/C，最后有一段话，请大家帮我看下，谢谢it is agreed that this application and the opening by the bank of this letter of credit shall be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the commercial letter of credit agreement.
i hereby confirm that our purpose in utilization of your products and/or service provided hereunder this document is not connected,for us$ transactions or ,involving us entities with any OFAC sanctioned countries imposed by the us goverment. i agree that if you are required to disclose any information or if any fund or payment to be disbursed or received by us as a result of our utilization of such product and service of yours is blocked,frozen ,delayed,refused or cancelled because it is claimed to be sanctioned-related,you shall not be liable for any information disclosed or for any losses,liabilities,penalties,costs of expenses(liabilities)we may incur and we shall indemnify you against any liabilities you may incur.
