对于三楼有不同的看法：这里的marine bills of lading有特指船东提单还是货代提单吗？----是指海洋提单，如果出船东单最好，但是如果是货代单，只要出提单的人和下面盖章的人一致，而且提单标明CARRIER的身份，那这份货代单也是符合要求的

提单没有特指MBL/HBL, 都可以。不过documents showing the W/21035 with additional suffix is acceptable，不是指所有文件都需显示W/21035吧。

你好，我再问几个问题，业务突然通知客人要加两箱的样品，如果加的话，清单上的箱数/PCS数量都不对了。信用证上货描部分有体现PCS和CASES数量，但是在附加条款中又说允许5%的增减。我有点弄不明白。发票上的样品金额可以显示为0，但是样品做到清单里去，总箱数/个数一定跟货描不一致的。
这怎么办？

ISBP745对于这个问题是这样规定的：
Para C12: An invoice is not to indicate: 发票不应显示： a. over-shipment (except as provided in UCP 600 sub-article 30(b)), or 超装（UCP600 第30 条b款另有规定除外），或者 b. goods, services or performance not called for in the credit. This applies even when the invoice includes additional quantities of goods, services or performance as required by the credit or samples and advertising materials and are stated to be free of charge. 信用证未规定的货物、服务及履约行为。即便发票包含了信用证规定货物、服务或履约行为的额外数量为免费，或者样品和广告材料为免费，这仍然适用。

你好，那两箱样品就不要在清单和发票上体现了是吧？
银行或者客人会不会以47A提到sample为由，说我的单据不符吧？虽然银行不知道有样品，但是客人知道的。
如果加样品，那45A的数量就变成Total: 1243 PCS - 1243 CASES furniture.了，与信用证的45A Total: 1241 PCS - 1241 CASES furniture.不符。

最好将样品单独出具一份提单，不要与信用证项下的货物混在一张提单上，有可能给后续的工作带来不必要的麻烦。

允许分批装运吗？如果允许，那数量就没有问题。但是只要报关没问题的话，样品最好不显示在发票和箱单上，银行不会管货物的实际情况的，只要你不超证就行。
