请问:我的汽车前风挡上有一绿色车标,2014年10月到期,这个标有什么用呀?去哪儿更换?谢谢.和车牌照上的小标有关系吗?谢谢.

Inspections may be done at any garage displaying the sign “Official Inspection Station”. A sticker giving the month of expiry will be applied to your car’s front windshield.
