如题。基本上不明白整个的流程。怎样开始？选择什么样的公司（大的，小的，common law,designation），公司有业绩的要求吗？公司和个人的分成比例等等。请有经验的前辈及朋友们多给建议，越多越好。不胜感谢！

Fundamentals of Real EstateThis covers foundational real estate information and skills and is the prerequisite course for enrollment for all of the Practice courses. This course has two parts and two exams. You must successfully complete exam at the end of Part 1 before proceeding to Part 2. You must complete this course in order to enroll in any of the Practice courses.Practice of Residential Real EstateThis Practice course is part of REAP. It builds on the concepts introduced in the Fundamentals of Real Estate. The course includes relevant content, practical examples and thoughtful activities to prepare you for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.Practice of Rural Real EstateThis Practice course is part of REAP. It describes the concepts required to trade in rural real estate. If you take this course you must also complete the Practice of Commercial Real Estate and the Practice of Residential Real Estate courses. This course is offered by the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA).Practice of Commercial Real EstateThis Practice course is part of REAP. It describes the concepts required to trade in commercial real estate. This course teaches the types of relationships that may exist between real estate professionals and consumers. It also defines conflicts of interest, when they may arise in practice, and how they may be resolved. The course also explains designated agency and transaction brokerage in the context of practice in Alberta.
