Your related work experience has been mainly focused on product design, process flow, process improvement, drafting and quality which has contributed to the continuous improvement of the company you work with. An assertive leader, you will utilize your tested management qualities coupled with strong attention to detail to enable you to make decisions on a global basis. QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of Engineering Manufacturing Management experienceProfessional Engineering designation or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Visio and experience in Solid Works, AutoCAD or Inventor.Ability to promote communication and positive working relationshipsExperience in a manufacturing environment is considered an assetExperience in the Fenestration industry is considered an asset.
