现在入籍时间是不是还没有修改回3年，还是以前的4年？3年应该说还在审理，但是没有正式公布吧？要是3年早就够时间了，4年还 要等几个月应该3年最近就会公布了，现在是不是可以准备材料？会不会太早准备了，到时候材料会不一样吗？
