我女儿是2010年8月先作为留学生来蒙城上大学的，等我们移民签证拿到后，2011年3月正式登陆，现在是2014年8月，我女儿正式登陆后的居住时间已经满3年，进入加拿大时间也满4年了，请问她这种情况符合老政策的入籍申请吗？ 现在还来得及申请吗？ 谢谢！
