Requirements: - Clear communication skills - Approachable telephone personality - Professionalism - Ability to work independently - Available to work a minimum of 22 hours a week, and 20 hours of weekend a month - 2 years post-secondary education - Bilingual: English and Cantonese/Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
