我是加拿大公民。在Alberta 省住过，国内待了几年。 去年2014年12月份到Toronto. 如果今年9月份读书。能申请到osap吗？To get OSAP for full-time students:you need to have always lived in Ontario orOntario is the last province you lived in for 12 months in a row without being a full-time postsecondary studentyou live in Ontario now AND have lived in Canada for less than 12 months in a row

为啥呢 ？you live in Ontario now AND have lived in Canada for less than 12 months in a row。它的意思不就是没注满一年也可以吗？我这次到Canada没有注满一年in a row.
