我以前在温哥华登陆后，先领了Pr卡。后来又办了工卡。再没办过其他证件，也没申请过福利。去温哥华多次都是短呆10来天。最近终于在多论多找到工作。我可以直接申请安省的医疗卡吧？前3月可以使用吗
