回复: 请协助分析句子..这个than 这里不是倒装，是than 一个非常特殊的用法，指代前面提到的主语，相当于（than = than what)e.g. don't give them more money than is needed.这里省略的是：...... than what my grade is （reflective of my future potential）.

The whole sentence sonuds a bit odd, here's one different approach: My supervisors will tell you that the abilites I possess - and not my grades - best reflects my future work potential.
