马上要登陆加拿大了，想找一份仪表工作。机械制造及自动化本科，请问是否一定要参加加拿大本地的培训，拿到红印章证书才能去工作?初步打算想到Fort McMurray工作，有没有了解的朋友告诉下，谢谢！
