Absolutely gorgeous home close to University of Victoria (15 mins walk) and Camosun (5 mins walk) located in one of best neighborhoods in Oak Bay. 15 mins walk to Hillside Shopping and the bus stop is right outside the neighborhood on Henderson Rd, providing easy access to other parts of Victoria. The garden is well maintained and absolutely lovely. Both rooms have large windows & nice views, new high quality queen size bed, study desk, chair, closet. Shared bathroom, free local & international telephone calling to anywhere in the world, high speed wireless internet, laundry, cable TV in family room, all included. We provide 3 nutritious & healthy meals a day. We are a family of three very nice & friendly people. Mom loves cooking and makes yummy foods. One room is for 850/month, the other one is for 950/month. Available in August and move in date is negotiable. You are welcome to call or email to set up a time to view the room.
