请教各位，我是符合第一次购房(BC省）property transfer tax exemption(full amount)的，但是当时Notary没有给我做claim,那么交了这个税后，之后我还可以个人去申请claim或者return吗，还需要通过Notary吗，什么程序？谢谢！！
