There is one unfurnished bedroom to share, it's one bedroom apartment at 4th floor with large balcony, a good view. You will use the bedroom with big storage wardrobe. The location is very convenient to many amenities, Safeway, London drug, king's farm mart, royal city center, cinema, library, Tim Horton, Starbucks, etc. all just 3 minutes by walk. There are buses no. 155, 154, 101 and 106 nearby. Neighbors are quiet. The rental is 375 a month, heat and hot water included, but share half Hydro, we can share cable if you want, I use wireless connection to internet. You will need to save half month rental as deposit. I am working professional, clean, tidy, want to keep the room very cozy, like a home rather than a place to sleep, eat like a motel. I enjoy light music, pop songs and watch DVD.
