I signed interlock quotation with them through their sales representative on Sep-12 with tentatively Oct 30 starting date (Paid $500 deposit)

Oct 18: They confirmed that our project would start on Oct-30 and will do all things all on the contract
Oct 28: They said due to raining delayed jobs, will check weather and get back.
Oct 29: Asked them again to confirm starting date, they said raining, could not start
Oct 30: They said Nov 5 but nothing promised.

Oct 31: I realized that 1+2 Landscaping does not take care of my project seriously, so decided to terminate the project and request $500refund so I can find another contractor to do it. Now they said Nov 3 will come over, it seems they kept playing around with timeline.

Nov 1: They now said in Chinese that between Nov 20 to Nov25 will begin the project

Nov 3: They agreed to refund my deposit and sent someone over to take those interlock back and agreed to give me back $500 at the same time when taking their interlock back.

Nov 3: They took back the interlock while I was having lunch and did not give me back $500 at that time.
As of today Nov 14, they still have no intention to refund my deposit.
$500 is not a big deal but what I want to share is be careful with this landscaping company, they do not want to take care your project properly, keep delaying and do not honor what they promised.
