I’m a real estate photographer and the past few days I’ve been really busy. A lot of my clients are getting houses prepped to list and are looking to list in the next few days. My next week and the week after appointments are already getting filled.

Fall market starts the week after Labour Day, and runs tapering off in November based on the weather. This has been true for every year including 2020, which saw an extended summer-fall market due to the spring 2020 interruption.
There were 148 new listings in Central Toronto alone on the day after Labour Day, which is very high. Still a sellers market, but more inventory coming.
