抵押贷款的还款可以延期6个月，但这些还款的利息将被加回未偿余额，导致客户在延期支付利息的基础上再支付利息，从而增加了借贷的总成本。 Mortgage payments can be deferred for up to six months — but the interest on those payments will be added back to the outstanding balance, resulting in customers paying interest on top of deferred interest and increasing the total cost of borrowing.
