"什么是恐慌性抛盘   恐慌性抛盘就是不计成本的卖出股票,伴随的通常是大盘跳水。因为害怕后市连续下跌,而蜂拥卖出,导致股价越来越低。 恐慌性抛盘是衡量市场气氛的一个关键因素。 [编辑] 恐慌性抛盘的出现   “圆弧底”是指K线连线呈圆弧形的底部形态,与“潜伏底”相似之处在于同样常出现于交投清淡的个股中,耗时几个月甚至更久,因此具有相当大的能量,这种底部通常是中长期底部。在“圆弧底”末期,股价缓慢盘跌到一定程度,引起持股者恐慌,会使跌幅加剧,常出现跳空缺口或大阴线,此时是一个强烈的出货信号,应果断离场。 [编辑] 应对恐慌性抛盘   一般在恐慌性抛盘中,主力多选择基本面一般的小盘股,一是在恐慌性抛盘中恐慌性气氛极大地打击场内的持股信心,从而产生非理性的杀跌;二是由于盘子不大需要控盘资金较少,容易达到控盘目的,且在拉抬中手中筹码较少,吸引了场内资金追逐的同时,在极短的时间内派发出手中筹码,达到套现赢利。   有恐慌盘出现时,不要止损。恐慌性抛盘的出现往往是股价见阶段性底部的重要特征,投资者切忌盲目加入恐慌杀跌行列中。"

METRO VANCOUVER MARKET HIGHLIGHTS JANUARY 2008 New listings rise to start the new year The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential attached, detached and apartment property sales totalled 1,819 in January 2008, an increase of 0.7 per cent over the 1,806 total residential sales in January 2007 and a 5.5 per cent decline from the 1, 924 sales recorded in January 2006. New listings for detached, attached and apartment properties climbed 14.9 per cent in January 2008, compared to the 4,067 units listed in January 2007. In contrast to January 2006, new listings from this January rose more dramatically, up 34.7 per cent. “With new listings outpacing sales increases to start the year, it appears the market is heading toward more balance,” says REBGV president Brian Naphtali. “The result will be welcome for consumers looking for more time to undertake due diligence before making a buying or selling decision.” Sales of apartment properties in January 2008 rose 11.7 per cent to 860, compared to 695 sales in January 2007. The benchmark price, as calculated by the MLSLink Housing Price Index®, of an apartment property increased 13.8 per cent from January 2007 to $378,336. “It was clearly on the strength of apartment sales that overall residential sales figures increased in January,” says Naphtali. “There’s clearly been a trend over the past decade toward growth in the high density condo market. Townhome sales have continued to be steady, and detached homes remain a popular choice. But more and more consumers are purchasing apartments.” Attached property sales in January 2008 declined 6.7 per cent to 318, compared with the 341 sales from January 2007. The benchmark price of an attached unit increased 12.4 per cent from January 2007 to $462,627. January 2008 sales for detached properties decreased 7.8 per cent to 641, from the 695 detached units sold over the same period in 2007. The January benchmark price for detached properties rose 15.7 per cent from January 2007 to $742,490.
